**Sports Concussions affect teenagers and adults and when not properly managed can have long-term consequences.  For teenagers, having a sports concussion can result in difficulty reading, trouble concentrating in class, migraines, fatigue, sadness, or feeling groggy.  While adults may experience the same symptoms as teenagers, other symptoms may include headache, head pressure, insomnia, light sensitivity, anxiety, or dizziness.  At Advanced Neuro Center, we conduct a neurological assessment to help guide our treatment strategy but also work with other medical providers to help best manage your Sports Concussion.

TROUBLING TINNITUS

I have been dealing with Tinnitus in my left ear for the last several years without a lot of success when I went to see Dr. Gorsuch. I told him I was using the FDA approved Lenire program but hoped to see some additional improvement with acupuncture. We talked about my symptoms which included pressure within the ear, a loud humming and feeling like my ear was clogged. After several treatments, he also started me on some Chinese herbs to help reduce the pressure and clogged feeling. Within several weeks, I could hear out of my left ear again! I still have a few issues with my Tinnitus, but it has been such an improvement, that I can deal with them now.
